Evergreen Salon Booking and Cancellation Policy

Salon Policy:

Evergreen Salon – Appointment & Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• More than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be fully transferable to a new appointment date.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be non-refundable. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability.

3. Late Arrivals

• Up to 10 minutes late: Services may be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time, but the full service price will still apply.

• More than 10 minutes late: Your appointment may be treated as a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. Service will only be provided if time allows and cannot be guaranteed.

4. No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full upfront for future bookings.

5. Service Satisfaction & Refund Policy

At Evergreen Salon, we take pride in the quality of our work and want you to leave happy with your hair.

• If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please inform us within 48 hours of your appointment.

• A senior stylist will assess your hair and offer a free corrective appointment where possible.

• Refunds will only be issued if:

• A senior stylist has reviewed the result, and

• We are unable to reasonably rectify the issue.

Refunds are not automatically given and are considered only after this process.

6. Appointment Preparation

Please arrive with your hair prepared as discussed during your consultation (e.g., clean and dry if required). Arriving unprepared may result in service adjustments or rescheduling, which could impact your deposit.

7. Special Considerations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have specific needs, medical conditions, or accessibility requirements, please inform us at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.

8. Policy Changes

Evergreen Salon reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and email.
