1. Booking Confirmation: Upon booking, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied to the cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: - More than 48 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be fully transferable to a new appointment date. - Less than 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but cannot guarantee availability.
3. Late Arrivals: - Up to 10 Minutes Late: Clients arriving up to 10 minutes late may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining scheduled time but will be charged for the originally booked services. - More than 10 Minutes Late: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. The ability to provide service will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
4. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior notification will lose their deposit and may be required to pay in full for future services at the time of booking.
5. Preparation for Appointment: Clients are requested to arrive with hair prepared (e.g., dry) as discussed during consultation or advised by the stylist. Failure to do so may result in service adjustments or rescheduling, impacting the deposit.
6. Special Considerations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please inform us of any special needs or considerations at the time of booking so we can best accommodate you. Clients with chronic illnesses or disabilities are encouraged to discuss their specific needs with us in advance.
